well my brothers and sisters....it seems that since the early 90's, certain people have chosen to map a neural state of their own choosing. This movement is generally centered around entheogenic compounds, and analog variants of existing chemicals. Often, the user is trying to define a state of reality that would have otherwise been beyond their scope of clarity.

I would like to bring to attention a rather new movement coined "neurogenesis"

It involves researching the causes of a given synapse transmission to variant receptors in the midbrain in order to maximize the effect of external imput and/or stimuli. It's purpose is to metaprogram yourself to your peak self, all through simple actions. Think of it as learning to control most impulses, thus enabling you to enter into a utopian state of conciousness w/o ingesting compounds that are much more blunt in targeting the receptors needed for introspective evolution.

This method is not meant to replace the wisdom gained through chemical imput. Rather, it's learning to dicipline such experiences to customize the neurochemical levels of the brain to meet your needs for mapping exact states of being.

If you wish to look into this method of control as well, first you will need to know a bit about neurochemistry.....specifically which receptors you want to have a bit of control over. Then, it's just about understanding which activitie(s) must be performed to induce a reaction (EG: cardiovascular excersice will release serotonin and endorphins, which are needed to see the good in something)...

All receptors have specific trigger activities to induce transmission, so mastering such a level of control will make neurochemical programming with direct chemical transmitters much more effective and meaningful. So for those that may be having trouble crossing the barrier of a standard neurological makeup, I suggest trying these methods so that you may better control your reaction to the programming process. Just google neurogenesis, and you will find enough info to get you started. Good luck on your personal transfiguration.
